We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing an order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.

You will only use the Growlet website in a manner that follows all agreements made with Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/Youtube/Other social media sites on their individual Terms of Service page.

Growlet rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.

Growlet tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our re-sellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.

AIM

Growlet is created to help social media influencers boost their profile online and also to increase the social media activities of business owners for sales effectiveness.

DISCLAIMER

Growlet will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.

LIABILITIES

Growlet is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or Other Social Media.

SERVICES

Growlet will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help boost your "Appearance" and "Activity" depending on the service you paid for.

We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will 100% interact with you, we simply guarantee you will get the followers you pay for.

We DO NOT guarantee that 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.

You will not upload anything to the Growlet site, including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social Media community.

Private accounts would not get a full refund! Please ensure that your account is public before ordering.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be made to your Growlet wallet so you can use your refund to replace your order or a new order if, in any case, the service you paid for is not delivered.

You agree that once you complete a payment and your wallet has been credited, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. However, if your payment is not added to your wallet, kindly contact Growlet support team, and we will resolve your issue within 24 hours.

If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit has been completed or added to your wallet, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from the website. We also reserve the right to remove any followers or likes we deliver to you or your client's Instagram/Facebook/Twitter, or other social media accounts.

If your orders are placed rightly and for any reason you did not get the value for your service, kindly contact support if you think your order is taking too long, you will receive a refund credit to your Growlet account if the order is non-deliverable.

Lost or Private account orders will not qualify for a full refund only 50%; kindly confirm every order before placing it; go through our FAQS to learn more about placing orders rightly.

Fraudulent activity, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will lead to the termination of your account, and you will be reported to the ANTI FRAUD SQUAD.

NOTE: No refill or Refund. If the link gets broken or the profile is disabled/deleted/deactivated/banned, or the username is changed.

PRIVACY POLICY

This policy covers how we use your Personal Information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

DOES GROWLET SHARE MY INFORMATION?

Growlet will not share, rent, or sell your personally identifiable information with third parties. However, we may share your information with third parties when authorized to share such information.

Legal Requirements: Growlet may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation or to respond to requests from law enforcement or other government officials relating to investigations or alleged illegal activity or in connection with our own investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity, in which case we may (and you hereby authorize us to) disclose information without subpoenas or warrants served on us, (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of Growlet, (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Website or the public, (iv) protect against legal liability including to resolve disputes, investigate problems, or enforce our Customer contracts.

Prohibited Activities

In addition to other restrictions outlined in these Terms, you agree that you will not:

Use the Services for any illegal purposes beyond the scope of the AIM of GROWLET as stated in these terms ;

Publish content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any partys intellectual property or these Terms;

Compromise the security of the Service;

Send any unsolicited advertising, spam, or any other unauthorized promotional materials;

Create fake orders to cheat the system

Other Conditions

We reserve the right to terminate the Service at any time.

Any kind of verbal or written insult of GROWLET member/employee will result in immediate account termination.

At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to remove any content if we determine, in our sole discretion, it to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, or violating third-party copyrights.
